EPO Student Scholarship

The Etobicoke Philharmonic Orchestra provides scholarships each season for up to FOUR instrumentalists: any combination of violin, viola, cello, bass, french horn, trumpet, tuba or percussion. Students must be in either secondary school or college/university. Past recipients of the EPO student scholarship are permitted to reapply each season.

The goal of this scholarship is to provide young musicians with orchestral experience and some financial support to develop their skills and build their experience.

All successful candidates will be expected to attend all EPO rehearsals and performances. Rehearsals take place on Wednesdays, 7:30-10:00pm at Martingrove Collegiate Institute, Etobicoke. Most performances also take place at Martingrove Collegiate Institute. Please refer to our website at www.eporchestra.ca for more details.
