Aaron Good

Aaron Good is a trombonist from Fredericton, New Brunswick who has studied under Dr. Karen Bulmer at Memorial University in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Gordon Sweeny at the University of Toronto.

He is an active freelance musician in Toronto, performing with various orchestras and is also a passionate chamber musician. His work with the Vox Aeris Trio is some of his favorite and many works in the Trio’s repertoire are of his own arrangement, being the group’s self-professed “theory geek”.

With a love for musical theatre, cheesy 80’s rock hits, and thunderous orchestral brass, Aaron brings a fresh, unique perspective to both his performances and arrangements.

Aaron has toured across Newfoundland, Labrador, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia as a chamber musician and teacher. He loves to engage with audiences and students through the joy and accessibility of music.

When not playing trombone, Aaron can be found nose deep in a good book, collecting bowties, or rolling dice in his latest ‘Dungeons & Dragons’ game with his friends!
