Etobicoke Philharmonic Orchestra

2018/2019 Season

Dear Friends of the Etobicoke Philharmonic Orchestra,

We are very excited to share with you the 2018/19 season of the award-winning Etobicoke Philharmonic Orchestra. Please join us in October in welcoming our new Music Director and experiencing his vision and enthusiasm as we continue to present engaging classical music concerts in Etobicoke.

Our season consists of five subscription concerts and a family matinee, presenting an unprecedented number of classical masterworks: Handel's Messiah, Beethoven's Eroica Symphony and Brahm's 3rd Symphony.

Once again, we are delighted to welcome Jonathan Crow, concertmaster of the Toronto Symphony, who joins us in October with Sibelius' violin concerto as well as the popular Arthur Ozolins, who returns to Etobicoke in March to perform Schumann's piano concerto. We are proud to present Samir Abd-Elmessih, our new principal French Horn player, who will perform Mozart’s 4th Horn concerto.

Thank you!
